Genima is an advanced AI-based image generation service that provides access to different versions of the Flux model (developed by Black Forest), each tailored for specific creative needs. The services are provided by different platforms, each offering unique features and pricing options. The following models are available:

• Flux Schenell: The base model, known as "Sketch", is free to use and ideal for quick, simple sketches. Access is via Hugging Face, with a limit on requests per second due to its free nature.
• Flux Dev: The "Aesthetic" model offers a balanced mix of quality and cost, perfect for more polished outputs. It is available for 2.5 tokens via Fal.AI.
• Flux Realism LoRA: A specialized model under "Realistic", designed for photorealistic image generation. Priced at 3.5 tokens, this is an advanced version of Flux Dev, accessed via Fal.AI.
• Flux Pro: The most sophisticated and high-quality model, known as "Pro", available for 5 tokens. It is ideal for professional-grade outputs and is accessed via Fal.AI.

2. Tokens and Pricing

Users can purchase tokens to utilize the various Flux models. The token pricing is structured to provide flexibility and value:

• $1 for 20 tokens
• $5 for 120 tokens
• $10 for 300 tokens
• $20 for 1000 tokens

Tokens can be used across any model without restrictions. The purchase of tokens does not expire, and they can be used at your discretion.

3. Image Creation Guidelines

Our service is designed to inspire creativity while adhering to ethical standards. Users must not use this service to create, share, or distribute images that:

• Violate any individual’s privacy or personal rights.
• Depict individuals without their explicit consent, whether implied or otherwise.
• Promote defamation, harassment, intimidation, or hate against any person or group.
• Are pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.

Users found to be in violation of these guidelines may have their access to the service restricted or terminated without notice.

Users must read and comply with the terms and conditions of the platforms providing access to the Flux models. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All images generated using Genima may be subject to copyright and intellectual property laws. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of images that infringe on copyright or depict individuals without permission is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any images generated through our service.
• Genima does not claim ownership over the content generated but reserves the right to use images for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

Genima collects specific user data, including email addresses, first names, and last names, for marketing and service improvement purposes. Users have the option to manage their email preferences and opt-out of specific types of notifications.

We use Google Analytics to measure and analyze traffic on our landing page, ensuring we provide the best user experience possible.

6. Image Storage and Management

Generated images are stored on a secure, dedicated server. While users can delete images from the platform, it is important to note that the images may still be retained on our servers for backup and security purposes.

Users have the option to mark images as public or private within the Genima community. Public images may be featured or shared with other users for inspiration and collaboration.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is the user's responsibility to review the terms regularly.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Genima, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
